Harrington conducts an objective evaluation of each employees skills using the
latest QWIZ computerized software. Our experienced counsellors conduct in-depth interviews
with each candidate to assess aptitudes and personal suitability for employment in
particular fields. The majority of Harrington counsellors are fluently bilingual. A
profile of each candidates skills, experience and aptitudes is entered in our
database. This allows for a fast search when an order is received from a client.
To ensure efficiency and competence in all employees, it is Harrington policy to
conduct at least two reference checks on all candidates prior to placement. As a
formal method of tracking employee performance and customer satisfaction, a Quality
Control System accompanies each placement which encourages the employer to evaluate the
employee. The results are then personally reviewed by Harringtons President and the
contract officer responsible for the account.
