Our private sector client has a requirement for a Human Resource Assistant. He/she will be assisting the Director of Human Resources. He/she must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in human resources.
Duties are as follows:
- Assist in preparation of employee benefit forms, pension plan documents
- Enter data into IFS database
- Keep track of employee hours, training days, vacation and sick leave
- Preparation of weekly reports
- Updating the database
- Creating letter of offer
- Maintain and update all security clearances on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a human resource role
- Must have strong attention to detail and be accurate
- Must be professional
