Human Resources Assistant Ottawa - Ontario
Job Description

Our private sector client has a requirement for a Human Resource Assistant.  He/she will be assisting the Director of Human Resources.  He/she must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in human resources.

 

Duties are as follows:

-          Assist in preparation of employee benefit forms, pension plan documents

-          Enter data into IFS database

-          Keep track of employee hours, training days, vacation and sick leave

-          Preparation of weekly reports

-          Updating the database

-          Creating letter of offer

-          Maintain and update all security clearances on a weekly basis

 

Qualifications:

-          Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience working in a human resource role

-          Must have strong attention to detail and be accurate

-          Must be professional

 

The hourly rate is $15.00.  Work location is downtown Ottawa.  This is a temporary assignment with a strong possibility of becoming long-term.  If you are interested and meet the qualifications above, please us your resume in a Word format to: mplinttell@harringtonhr.com
